What are the delivery methods and shipping costs?

Delivery to the selected parcel machine:

Omniva parcel machine 3.30 eur.

Venipak parcel machine 2.20 eur.

DPD parcel machine 2.10 eur.

LP Express parcel machine 2.90 eur.

Delivery by courier to the specified address:

DPD courier 4.60 eur. (To the Kuršių Nerija 36.30 eur.)

Orders from 39 eur. are subject to free delivery to the selected parcel machine.

Important note regarding parcels. We would like to point out that the quality of certain products may deteriorate at both very low and very high outdoor temperatures.

How quickly will you ship the goods?

We pack and ship the goods within 1-2 business days of payment for the order, unless a different shipping date is specified for the goods. If one order contains goods with different delivery dates, the goods will be shipped at the same time and the longest specified shipping date will apply. For example, if the order contains a product with a shipping date of 1-2 business days and a product with a shipping date of 8-10 business days, the goods will be shipped together within 8-10 business days.

How quickly will the courier service deliver the shipped goods?

The time from the dispatch of the goods from our e-store to the delivery of the goods to the selected delivery address or parcel machine depends on the selected shipping method and courier service. You can find the exact delivery time, courier working hours and work on weekends and holidays on the official website of the selected courier delivery service.

What are the delivery rules?

You undertake to provide correct personal data during the customer account registration and order submission process, to correct them immediately if any discrepancies are found, and to update them in the customer account if personal data changes.

The goods ordered in the e-shop are delivered to the address specified in your order in Lithuania. If you want the order to be delivered to other countries, write to us by e-mail info@egoskinbeauty.lt and we will discuss all delivery conditions.

When placing an order, you undertake to indicate the exact delivery address of the goods with the postal code and a contact phone number. If the order cannot be delivered to the specified address, redirection or re-delivery of the order will cost you additionally.

Depending on the selected delivery method, the delivered goods are stored for a limited time. If you do not collect the goods within the delivery deadline, which begins upon receipt of an e-mail informing you that the shipment has been delivered to the specified pickup point, the goods are returned to the Seller. In this case, we will refund the order amount, minus shipping costs, by transferring money to the same bank account from which the order was paid.

The proposed delivery methods and times may vary for different products. You can see the proposed delivery methods and estimated delivery times in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the email address specified in the order, informing you that the goods have been shipped.

If the delivered shipment appears damaged, when accepting the parcel from the courier, you can fill out an act of damage to the outer packaging together with it or refuse the shipment. If you find a damaged shipment in a parcel machine, you must check whether the goods inside are damaged. If this happens, you must record the external and internal damage in a photo at the parcel machine. In case of damage to the parcels, please inform us by email info@egoskinbeauty.lt within 3 calendar days from the moment of receiving the parcel.

If the product(s) is damaged inside and you only noticed it after unpacking the package, you must take a photo of the internal damage and the package packaging and the courier sticker. In case of damage, the product must remain in the original packaging for further identification. You will be asked to return the package so that we can identify the product identification number, code and serial numbers. Please provide this information to us by e-mail info@egoskinbeauty.lt within 3 calendar days from the moment of unpacking the package.
